• Provide guidance and direction to junior staff specialists; setup client workstation environment to include PC, printer, print sharer, connectivity to Local Area Network (LAN), configure and install client software.
• Remotely review of malfunctioning PCs, workstations, and/or associated hardware to isolate defective parts or determine whether inappropriate logical configurations are causing malfunctions; work with manufacturer’s.
• Follow and review established policy, procedures and instructions concerning systems processes for documenting and reporting observations, changes, malfunctions and events and for securing and controlling access to.
