Capability within the system to reassign incoming requests to balance workload and absence coverage. • Work daily with manufacturing and supply chain to keep orders on schedule. Extensive experience with managing material shortages. Active daily dialogue with manufacturing and schedulers to keep production capacity and customer deliveries in balance.
