About Dwayne Day

I am currently Chairman of the Delaware Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) committee ("Drones" to most of you). The UAV Committee's mission is to look at all aspects for the safe integration, and responsible use of UAVs within the State of Delaware. Our approach here will first focus on three specific areas of legislation. (1) Protecting and restricting access to critical infrastructure, (2) controlling and restricting around large scale events, and (3) regulations to protect First Responders when responding to critical incidents. I would be interested in hearing how others are approaching UAV integration into their states.
