This system is still in use today (over 14 years later). During my time as manager, I worked with a variety of different personalities and dealt with issues involving temporary workers, slow seasons, interpersonal challenges, and combining individuals strengths and weaknesses to accomplish goals. I was also involved in hiring and firing decisions.Several of the members of that team are still in touch to this day despite no longer working at Mercury Graphics.
