My name is Dwayne Earle. I have over 5 years of experience as a Lead Technician/Field Supervisor. My areas of expertise include water meter upgrade and installation, storm and sewer water upgrade and repair services, GDOT MS4 (inventory of storm water structures), MCA (manhole condition assessments), sewer manhole cleaning projects, acoustic testing, smoke testing, CCTV (cues software cobra tech software), manhole location initiative and most recently the Creek Crossing program for Dekalb County Watershed Management in Dekalb County Georgia.In Spring of 2021, I tested and gained my utility foreman license and in the near future look to obtain my utility manager license as well to further my experience throughout the field. I am an extremely hard worker with no task being too much of a big task for me to accomplish. I enjoy working along side team members to diagnose and solve field related issues in a manageable timeframe. I am passionate about team work and collaboration.   As a lead and field supervisor, my duties are to provide insight on utility services and inspection related projects of storm water, sewer water collection systems. During my time on the Water Meter upgrade program, I completed installations of new 3/4inch and 1inch water meters, new copper mains and service lines, retro setters, plastic and cast iron boxes and all components/fittings as required in new residential and commercial developments. During this time, I replaced outdated and malfunctioning meters and installed radio read devices and transmitters throughout the count.
