Laboratory Experience ● Sampling, monitoring, and maintaining production tanks and process control tests ● Perform analytical lab tests (titrations, colorimetry, conductivity, TDS, etc.) ● Performance of process control tests (corrosion resistance, coating weights, paint adhesion, etch rate, hydration, etc.) ● Use of equipment (pH meter, conductivity/TDS, scale, tensiometer, UV-Vis, Salt Spray Cabinets, etc.) ● Calculations for chemical additions ● Evaluation and review of test results ● Write/revise lab procedures and test methods ● Review of OEM specifications for lab related testing and compliance ● Chemical inventory and ordering Chemical Technician Experience ● Treatment and dispose of hexavalent chromium and cyanide waste streams ● Performance of chemical additions and tank rebuilds

● Worked on KC-135 flaperon project ● Read PCMS and blueprints to assemble parts ● Able to rivet, countersink, and seal products and parts

● Removal and replacement of hydraulic pumps, auxiliary power systems, and unit actuating sub-systems ● Maintained the landing gear system, brakes, and related pneumatic systems, reservoir pressurization, emergency actuating devices, pumps, valves, cylinders, lines, and fittings ● Serviced accumulators, emergency air bottles, oleo struts, reservoirs, and master brake cylinders ● Completed inspections and documentation of work ● Fabricated and assembled metal components and made minor skin repairs
