Managed team for multimillion dollar programs for Security Assistance implementation in International Affairs.

Managed the Acquisition Logistics of the ALQ-211(V) AIDEWS. The system was purchased strictly for the foreign countries participating in the program via funding R&D; prototype and production. Managed the fielding of the first deliveries of the AIDEWS to two of the three original participants. Participated in Contract negotiations, design Reviews and multinational meetings to facilitate the arrival of the ECM systems to the prime aircraft manufacture in a timely manner, thus precluding aircraft deliveries without the needed AIDEWS. Conducted Integrated Product Team tasking to ensure the USG personnel worked as a cohesive team to accomplish the above achievements. Managed the ALR-69 RWR for foreign countries and aided in fielding the reprogramming software necessary to support Desert Storm via long distance Rapid Reprogramming systems developed by the FMS support organization. Brought into the inventory the ALQ-184 ECM pod for a single FMS country. Participated in the first Site Activation Force Team and several General Officer briefings on ECM capabilities and Support of the pod. Managed the ALQ-131 ECM systems for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries. Managed the F-15 TEWS for six years to include establishment of the depot repair facility and management of on-going modification programs. Established a modification program (Pacer Turbo) to provide older RWR systems with extended memory to allow increased processing power for the F-15 A/B fleet. I worked for the F-15 System Program Office, research,review and reported on F-15 ECM. I managed the purchase of the ALR-56 TEWS system, ALQ-135 ECM suite, and the ALE-45 CM Dispenser.

Managed the acquisition of the ECM systems for the F-15 C/D/E to include source selection committee member for the F-15E. Managed the support equipment for B-1B ECM systems. Staff advocate briefer for Modular Automated Test Equipment (MATE)

Managed the ALQ-117 Countermeasures (ECM) System for F-111 B Developed modification packages to justify to HQ USAF the funding and authorization to modify ECM systems. Recommended technical changes to ECM systems for improved future operations.

Hands on work on F-106 (MA-1) fire control system for interceptor mission. Maintained F-111 Fighter/Bomber Radar for Terrain Following and Terrain Avoidance missions. Modified and maintained reconnaissance aircraft (RF-4C) for penetration aids into combat areas.
