Dwayne grew up in Jacksonville Florida. After graduating from FSU, he immersed himself in all aspects of real estate. He began buying, managing, and selling properties, which led to becoming an underwriter, and eventually a loan officer. Having acquired his FHA and VA designations, together with his 12 plus years of residential underwriting experience, gives him a unique skill set, that is a benefit to both Realtors and borrowers. Dwayne is focused on building solid relationships and using his years of knowledge to make the mortgage process straightforward for everyone, from the first time homebuyer, to the most seasoned investor.
