On the other hand, you simply just don't know how to help.Designed with the Clarifai, Foursquare and Twilio API, the web app prompts users for a description of the situation, a rating based on severity, and a video/image of the incident. The Emergency web app then sends a transcript of what is happening in the media provided to the proper authorities (911) and displays a map with the 5 closest locations that could provide help (e.g hospitals, churches, homeless shelters).
