Build a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through hosting events, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships.Act as the face of the building and the first line of defence for members by managing the front desk business operations. Answer phones, collect and sort mail, send out mass communications to members, liaison with the Property Management and Facility teams, and maintain an organization of our command center.Curate and execute weekly COVID-safe events based on member's areas of interests and preferences. Manage full event life-cycle from idea to implementation, coordinating with outside vendors as-needed,Maintain a high Net Promoter Score of over 50 to ensure member happiness and satisfaction. Hold team accountable to ensure every decision we make is member-centred.Ensure that our building is fully operational and processes are running efficiently. Report, escalate, and follow-up on any outstanding operational issues that are impacting the member experience.Illustrate WeWork’s core values and work towards achieving WeWork's mission, of empowering and supporting member companies to come together to do their best work.
