➢ Completing and distributing daily and weekly reports to Fulfillment Center (FC) managers and corporate office. Compiling all new-hire data and entering into PeopleSoft.➢ Process I9 credentials.➢ Complete employment and payroll verifications.➢ Coordinate with managers, using labor tracking tools, to ensure employees are on the correct schedule patterns.➢ POC for away team assignments. Deep diving each candidate application to slot appropriate candidates. ➢ POC for daily maintenance of HRIS systems: entering new employees, issuing time cards, and updating employee information, Benefits Enrollments, etc.➢ Conduct investigations. (time theft, work place violence, and Ethics investigation)

➢ Maximize division productivity by developing daily reports for senior leadership review that evaluates key metrics and employee data, allowing for strategic decision making to meet daily operational needs. ➢ Minimized disruptions to the workflow by proactively identifying trends in employee issues, such as terminations and attendance, and regularly communicating findings to senior leadership. ➢ Strategically contribute to the positive employee-supervisor-relationship by providing mediation, intervention, and support to maintain division-wide productivity and increase employee satisfaction.➢ Assess attendance points for associates for unexcused absences.➢ Assist with the New Hire Orientation process.➢ Support the building with engagement activities
