•Collaborated with U.S. Embassy to create, coordinate, and implement Google Chromebook and Google Hangout workshops for 20 youth organizations to promote Malawi’s education and cultural agenda, this resulted in distribution of Google Chromebooks to youth organizations• Wrote proposal, secured funding and project management of a $7,500 President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) grant to build an after-school facility for 9,000 youth, to support Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education. This structure created a safe place for youth to learn about HIV prevention and participate in after-school activities.• Designed, implemented, and facilitated an innovative health project (Malawian Empowerment Through Hip-Hop & Organizational Development), METHOD. 53 community members disseminated positive living messages using Hip Hop culture to at-risk youth in collaboration with the Ministry of Health resulting in 15 % (720) increase in youth seeking HIV/AIDS testing, counseling, and family planning services within 27 months.• Established a working relationship with EducationUSA and the U.S. State Department to serve as an advisor and education liaison for Malawian students applying to study at U.S. universities. • Implemented a Malawi Music Project, a national, week-long HIV/AIDS capacity building program targeting 30 young adults, using music as a transformative educational tool for creative HIV/AIDS message dissemination.• Interviewed, mapped, and analyzed data for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)Global Positioning System GIS mapping project to identify local organizations and strengthen collaboration resulting in a strengthened network of health referral services.• Served as Diversity Committee chairman to support Peace Corps Malawi in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for 130 Peace Corps Volunteers to enrich the PC community and promote cultural awareness
