Dwayne M. Murray is the managing member in the Baton Rouge Law Firm of Murray & Murray, LLC. With 35 years of legal experience, he has handled a variety of legal matters over his career. He is an experienced business reorganization and insolvency lawyer appointed to the Chapter 7 Panel of Trustees, serves as Subchapter V Trustee, and as a Chapter 11 Trustee in Region 5, Louisiana and Mississippi. Currently he is serving his 29th term as a hearing officer for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Louisiana.Dwayne is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and a Past President of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. His duties among others include legislative efforts with Congress, federal bankruptcy rules, Vision, & Mission of the association, and strategic planning on the national level.
