Born in Louisiana, I graduated from high school in 2015. I went on to attend Louisiana State University from 2015-2020 and in 2017, I declared my major in the College of Art and Design. From there was the start of my interior design journey. Over my time in the program I gained many of new inspirations for design in even other fields such as furniture, architecture and fashion. During the Spring semester of 2019, I studied interior design abroad at the American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. It was a life changing experience witnessing the culture, food, and people. Learning the different design philosophies helped me to think more outside the box and experiment with more unconventional materials and forms. In Spring 2020 I finally graduated from LSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Taking a year off to revisit old projects and learn new skills, allowed me to use what I learned in school and apply it in new conceptual projects. In the end, I want to further build my design skills and create real spaces for all people.
