Directed work of 14 chemical waste operators and supporting staff, including waste samplers and health and safety. Facility supervisor during facility safety basis upgrade from Radiological to Cat II. Startup activities included initial TSR surveillance development and readiness for implementation. Worked closely with waste characterization and managed logistics for shipment. Responsible for the compliant storage and daily inventory.Mmanagement decisions for up to 22,000 containers of Hazardous, Mixed, PCB, and Low Level Waste containers in 250,000 square foot TSD facility.
