Real Estate Renovation / Fix and Flip

• Design, plan, and deploy advanced systems infrastructures using Microsoft server technology • Work closely with sales team members as a technical subject matter expert • Create deployment images and perform OS deployments, server OS installs and management of cluster and domains.• Performs hardware upgrades and power management • Perform BES upgrade and manage mail flow and devices• Be available "on call" for emergency situations involving service level agreements

• Diagnoses and resolves user problems with SunTrust’s enterprise-wide computing technologies by supporting an internal customer base calling with questions and problems related to PC hardware and software, LAN/WAN connectivity, mainframe hardware and software, telephone equipment and other technology-related devices• Provide telephone help desk support, Diagnose and resolve problems within established Level of Service

• Netcool Server monitoring and remote alert support, Maintenance and backups • Resolving technical issues including connectivity, emails, hardware, software • Logging/organizing incoming calls from customers and field techs via Remedy• Implement procedures and training documents, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
