Dwayne Roberts is a native of Miami Florida and now living in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has served in the U.S. Army over 20 years. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and Organizational Management for Christian Leadership from Colorado Christian University, he serves as Associate Pastor with Carrying Bread to the Multitude and is liaison for Veteran Affairs with Pikes Peak Southern Christian Leadership Conference. He works closely with multiple organizations within the community; such as Ebeneezer Baptist Church, Living Word Bible Church, Hope Advance, Prison Talk, Colorado Adult Parole, and LEAD Excellence Academy. Dwayne is highly enthusiastic DISC certified facilitator and consultant, who seeks to empower others to increase self awareness, create alignment, and fiercely execute toward their goals. He is the highly energetic speaker, who possesses amazing ability to connect, influence, inspire, and motivate any team to greatness; so, they can fulfill their purpose and maximize their potential. In 2014, he founded the non-profit Men of Vision Colorado Inc. Where his quest and passion is to impact the lives of formerly incarcerated communities who are fighting for a second chance get unstuck, build strategies & systems for next level success.
