This equipment includes, but is not limited to the gas turbine, steam turbine, generators, heat recovery steam generator, air compressors, water treatment equipment, demineralizers, motors, pumps, diesel generators and all other balance of plant auxiliary equipment. Analyzed facility operation and maintenance data to confirm facility performance to established standards, operating goals, permits and contracts.Directed the Plant Environmental Program, maintained the Environmental Manual, and ensured it was in compliance with local, state and federal statutes.Sustained the morale and motivation of maintenance personnel and administered performance appraisal program.
