• Prepare long-term waste management and waste recycling strategies for various municipalities to provide sustainable waste disposal and recycling options while increasing their diversion rates and operational efficiencies • Complete Ministry of the Environment (MOE) Environmental Compliance Approvals applications and supporting technical reports for waste disposal sites, waste storage and transfer facilities, and biosolid land application sites• Provide technical support for numerous municipalities and complete technical reports for ongoing compliance of MOE environmental approvals; technical support documents include: Annual Monitoring Reports, Plans of Development and Operations, Financial Assurance Plans, and Hydrogeological Assessments• Execute and complete reports for Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and remediations to support various developments, property transfers, and refinancing agreements• Supervise, document and complete reports for fuel underground storage tank removals, spill response and remedial works in accordance with the Environmental Protocol of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA)• Execute designated substance assessments including asbestos assessments for construction projects and demolition permits• Complete inventories of chemical usage and releases for reporting to the National Pollution Release Inventory of Environment Canada• Complete applications for Permits to Take Water to support various projects including dewatering for construction activities and culvert/bridge replacements

• Conducted microbiological testing on drinking water in accordance with Ontario Regulation 170/03 and 252/05 under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002• Was responsible for reporting adverse water quality results to the appropriate parties (i.e., MOE and Ministry of Health)• Approved laboratory results prior to releasing the final reports to clients• Executed various quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) measures to ensure complete records and accurate results in accordance with lab accreditation
