Responsible for oversight of all program operations and directly supervises Program Directors, administrative staff, Registered Nurse and administrative support staff (e.g., staffing coordinator, office manager) as assigned, ensuring routine meetings and performance reviews are conducted with each direct report.• Serves an externally facing role with agency stakeholders, promoting the mission, quality, and reputation of the organization. Builds relationships with stakeholders that further the mission and strategic initiatives of the organization, including creating opportunities for new services and programs. • Continuously conveys the mission, vision and philosophy of the agency through formal and informal communication with all assigned staff. Interfaces directly with all staff routinely as they perform their duties to provide direct instruction, coaching and modeling behavior exemplifying the agency’s beliefs.• Ensure all activities and staffing hours and staff to client ratios for all assigned programs are consistent with approved, current waiver authorizations;• Develop and implement program operations ensuring compliance with all funding, regulatory, and accrediting agency’s standards, as well as with internal program and personnel policies.• Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served, proper reporting of accidents, compliance with the Incident Management system, and timely completion of all investigations.• Ensure that the agency admissions process is adhered to when considering new referrals for service. Works with referral resources to ensure that all referrals are considered in a fair and objective team process and documentation of that process is maintained for each person referred. Show less
