Support of customer's billing software and related issues. Responsibilities include research and correction of software issues, testing and implementation of software systems upgrades, documentation of procedures and processes and daily customer support.

Served as customer interface between user departments and the Information Technology Support department. Analyzed software, system, and business requirements for user department requests. Evaluated system enhancements and drafted specifications for the College of Dental Medicine and the PeopleSoft Human Resources system. Supervised 16 software developers in enhancement and maintenance efforts for various applications in VeriSign/Convergys’s cellular telephone billing system. This included directing personnel of various cultures both onshore and offshore. Managed software development and support efforts of the Enhanced Reporting system, file extracts, Bank Drafts, Lock Boxes, Lock Lines, Bill Presentment, IVR, credit card processing, and CCH tax updates.

Analyzed and designed enhancements for existing and new computer systems to ensure their compatibility with existing hardware. Provided high level analysis documents for use by the development staff.

Directed 12 software developers in enhancement and maintenance efforts for all reporting, data extracts, and the bill presentment process for VeriSign’s cellular telephone billing system.
