CV/resumes don’t do a great job in showcasing a candidate’s personality and therefore their true potential is often missed. Through my company’s USP, I’m able to offer a premium recruitment service which is centered around person-environment fit. Our process allows our candidates to exhibit their experiences and skillsets through individuality and gives our clients the chance to make a calculated hiring decision whilst knowing all the different factors involved. Why I do it – When I graduated in 2016, the local job market for recent graduates was quite bleak. My early professional experiences helped me to carve out a five year career in retail where my love for interacting with people really came through.
