Dealersocket purchased AAX /Inventory Plus from Dealertrack, and I was part of the acquisition. They provided detailed training on all of their products. This included CRM, Web and Digital Marketing, Service Scheduling and Equity Mining. Sales were added to the Lead Product Trainer role and I became a Senior Customer Success Manager. I continued to service Dealer Groups Nationally. I enjoyed building relationships and providing actionable ideas and process to Dealers and Groups to help with their success.I was able to work with the development team on DMS integrations, listing cultivation and report creation. I developed wholesale policies and arranged and facilitated National Auctions for groups with the process I developed in conjunction with wholesale policies we developed together.

I joined the team as a Dealer Results Manager and transitioned to the Lead Results Manager for Dealer Groups. By providing actionable ideas to the Dealer, I helped grow revenue and built strong relationships. I won two Hacktrack awards for my ideas for Marketing Challenges and Product ideas. I worked closely with the Sales team and the Development team and often brought in on Group presentations and referrals to assist in presentations and closing Dealer Groups. I produced a Cars and Coupons publication that went out monthly with paid ads by local Automotive service parts and aftermarket products.I am very proud that my young team has all gone on to be very successful in their fields and as entrepreneurs. Our price to market philosophy proved the be the industry standard moving forward. We were one of the earliest Dealers to incorporate extensive use of VDP videos produced for every car and customer delivery, along with Blogs and local content.
