Business Development/Relationship Manager with over 25 years experience in the Electrical and Electricity Supply Industry. An Electrician by trade, studied full time at the Central Institute of Technology achieving New Zealand Certificate in Engineering - Telecommunications. Have previously worked as a power electronics technician before transitioning to technical sales, Regional Account Management and then Business Development Management. Most recently with General Cable NZ for 9+ years. Part of a small but highly effective industrial sales team with responsibilities in maintaining key relationships and closing new opportunities with a national responsibility in the generation market. Customer engagement across Electricity Supply Industry, Transport, OEM, Major Industrial projects and Telecommunications. I'm passionate about meeting the companies needs for profitability and growth while still managing to exceed customers expectations. From August 2017 will be travelling overseas with my family "world schooling" plan to be back in NZ Mid to late 2018.
