Industry experience since 1981, my duties cover aspects of independant financial advice on both group and individual wealth planning. This includes employee benefits, reviews/cost savings and installation, plus advice on investment funds/products.Specialist area is pre and post retirement planning i.e. accumulating funds in a tax efficient manner and making maximum use of those funds when drawing actual income and lump sums.I may also be able to save you money on various protection insurances such as Life Assurance, Critical Illness and Permanent Health Insurance and Private Medical Insurance.

My role consisted of the management and business operation of the Leeds Pensions Administration Unit.I was accountable for the provision of customer service to HNW businesses and individual clients pension plans covering pre retirmeent funding plus calculation and payment of final benefits. Management of a team of 25 staff was one of the biggest challenges during this period.
