Glenn Patent Group is an Intellectual Property (IP) Law Firm focused on Patent and Trademark Prosecution. The firm consists of several talented Patent Attorneys and Agents and prides itself on delivering superior client service.Although my title at the law firm was Finance and Client Services Manager, I wore many hats. In this role, I functioned as the Legal Operations Manager, Recruiter, Office Manager, client advocate, as well as the face of the firm. I was the liaison between clients and the firm, managing client relations, the new client process, and client contracts. I streamlined and created firm policies and procedures to make the firm more efficient. I was involved in recruitment for the firm and managed IP caseloads for seven IP Attorneys / Agents. In my six years with the firm I achieved 97% closing ratio for new prospective clients and collected the highest retainer revenue twice in the history of the firm. Additionally, I oversaw collections and improved them by 68% in just three months.
