The Engineering & Maintenance Manager is tasked with improving the performance of all machines, production facilities and equipment, controlling all aspects of the maintenance of company assets through continuous improvement strategies so as to achieve overall and sustainable company targets.Responsible to the General Manager, covering operations in the Department of Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Utility, Infrastructure, Project, Installation, trouble shooting and Maintenance & Repair. * GENERAL:1. Planning, implementing, and controlling and evaluating the overall work program2. Responsible for the readiness and reliability of production tools and machines so that production runs effectively and efficiently3. Ensure maintenance, shutdown and overhaul programs on all machines and equipment run properly.4. Identify opportunities for automating manual machines/lines and increasing the capacity of less efficient machines/lines.5. Under the supervision and coordination of Operational the General Manager carries out maintenance equipment tasks that support all office operations and production activities as well as maintaining physical assets as well as working with operations and production to manage the budget for the cost of procurement of goods / services, maintenance and other related costs * GENERAL:1.
