Part of JE Dunn's in house Mechanical and Electrical support staff focusing on Pre-Construction Services, Budgeting, Constructability Reviews, On Site Inspections, Change Order Reviews, Commissioning Support and General Problem Solving of Mechanical and Electrical issues. Previous projects include:2555 Grand - Kansas City, MO - 25 floor office building. HVAC is served by one large built-up unit IRS Processing Center - Kansas City, MO - HVAC served by Large Underfloor Air Distribution System. This project included the renovation of the Downtown Post Office.The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts - Kansas City, MO - The project includes two performance halls with HVAC utilizing displacement air systems to meet strict sound level requirements. The lobby area utilizes a radiant heating and cooling floor system. The University of Missouri Science and Technology Geothermal Energy System - Rolla, MO - Two new central plants utilizing Heat Recovery Chillers and a 645 well wellfield system to provide Heating and Cooling to 21 buildings on campus. CCA Trousdale Turner Correctional Facility - Hartsville, TN - An aggressive schedule allowed this 2,500 bed correctional facility to be completed in 16 months. The Plumbing, HVAC and Smoke Evacuation systems are designed for the unique challenge of serving detained occupants while allowing for ease of maintenance. BOK Park Plaza - Oklahoma City, OK - This 27 floor high rise office tower will utilize it's own central plant with AHUs and terminal units serving each floor. TFC CUP3 - Austin, TX - The Big Dig - A collaborative effort involving multiple GCs, providing updated Chilled Water delivery to multiple new and existing State of Texas facilities.Currently working on a large Data Center project in Temple Texas - Excelent Team, Great Client.
