Dwight is the founder of MoveWater LLC, an agency focusing on solving company water problems successfully with cost efficient solutions. His pathway was set up in September 1999 when Hurricane Floyd flooded a mine he was managing. This event was the start of his 25-year career dedicated to moving water. Since mountains, valleys, and people each have a unique relationship with one another, every water problem has a unique solution; a new opportunity because our Earth is not a perfect sphere. Moving water is a passion of his, each problem solved requires a careful balance between available assets, time, fiscal constraints, and the shape of geography. In the problem, we get the chance to apply physics and creativity all in the same solution. Dwight is an avid skier and bicycle enthusiast. He is heavily involved in the community to not only repair and provide bikes to children, but to teach kids to ride.
