Receive incoming components and perform quality inspection for damage and or missing products. enter all product into the Inventory tracking system and assign rack locations. Receive pull requests from salesmen, then locate required materials and determine whether additional machining is neccessary. One machining is done, if required, package and prepare for shipment utilizing various shipping entities, FedEx, Conway, SAIA, etc. Remove product from inventory system for accountability.

Supervise all annual required training for over 300 personnel and document in training jackets.Coordinate logistical support for all training exercises to include transportation, meals, weapons, ordnance and equipment.Provide briefs to higher commanders for all current and upcoming training.Maintain and update a library of all policies, references and procedures.Coordinate deployment of over 300 personnel to sites abroad and stateside.Provide or coordinate all pre-deployment and post-deployment training. Coordinate and supervise all site visits and tours for dignitaries and official guests.

Manage, maintain, review and update all master lesson files.Coordinate, conduct and supervise martial arts training course. Coordinate all logistical support to support training cycle.Utilize Operational Risk Management to reduce injuries and student attrition.Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all periods of instruction and training evolutions.Utilize Systems Approach to Training in all periods of instruction.Develop and utilize a video library to enhance training aids.Attend Course Content Review Board to review updates and implement new program changes.
