He has previously held positions as the National Director of Retirement Plan Consulting at Raymond James & Associates as well as a Director of Business Development at Principal Financial Group. He has worked with 100’s of business owners/large corporations, executives and individuals. Dwight’s strength and expertise in this area include: Institutional Retirement Plans – 401(k), 403(b), 457(b)&(f), ESOP’s, and Defined Benefit/Cash Balance Plans. He has worked with qualified plans for both large and small organizations. He has extensive knowledge in Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans, having been a Regional Vice President of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans at Principal Financial Group in the Southeast and most recently the Executive Benefits Consultant for Raymond James on a national level. He has helped numerous companies design and implement plans for both public and private corporations. The goal is always to create the proper retirement plan strategy based on the employer and employee’s needs.
