I graduated with a degree in Biotechnology (from NUS in 2001) ,Advanced diploma in Pharamceutical management (from MDIS in 2007) and Masters in Education (from NTU in 2013). I have 8 years experience of teaching biology at O and A levels/ IB level in international schools in Singapore and overseas. My expertise in Biology include genetics, biostatistics and bioinformatics (Rbioconductor)In 2014, i ventured into Data Analytics and Database Management and i picked up Machine Learning, Neural Networks, advanced statistics, BigData analytics, textmining, time series & social media analytics and web applications. My main data science programming languages are R. My interest is also explore more neural networks like GANS and deep reinforcement learning. I enjoy creating cool and novel applications using these neural networks I am now an adjust lecturer/trainer at TertiaryCourses for programming, data analytics/visualization, data storytelling and machine/deep learning including R, RapidMiner, DeepCognition, Tableau and Advanced Excel. I also teach management levels courses such as Data Governance, Design thinking with Data, Data protection, Predictive analytics workflow and AI business models In Nov 2018, I started working for Plano pte ltd. as a Senior Data Analyst, where i perform data analytics and create predictive models using eye healthcare data.
