I have over 15 years of customer service experience in the telecommunications industry. Positions I have held are as follows:- As a Billing Analyst I was responsible for validation and accuracy of adjustments to customer’s bills where errors in invoicing had occurred. I investigated, validated and obtained approvals from the Legal Department and Management up to the Executive Vice President level on large volumes of discrepancies to customer’s invoices. Dollar amounts involved often $100k+. I detailed math validations on timeframes spanning multiple years. Conducted root cause analysis in order to confirm the accuracy based on tariffs and supporting documentation on incoming requests from customer support management team and multiple other departments. Upon approval, I processed credits and debits to customer’s invoicing in multiple varied billing systems. I worked independently as well as a team member on multiple assignments to meet established deadlines. In the timeframe Mar 2011 – May 2012 I successfully cared for over $6M of adjustments end-to-end on customer’s invoicing. - Service Delivery Coordinator in Government and Educations Services. I handled billing disputes and inquiries for clients which included educational institutions as well as Federal, State and Local government agencies.- Service Representative in a call center environment handling the sales and service needs for small business and residential customers.- Service Representative in a retail (phonecenter) environment providing sales and service needs for residential customers. I was also responsible for store inventory.
