• 2022 - Replaced 2 rotted second-story decks with new wood frame and rails, shed roof and Trex floors (Oakland, CA). Removed concrete deck, stairs and footing. Installed new concrete deck, stairs and footing.• 2021 - Removed 40’ x 14’ second-story deck with iron railing and replaced with new deck with Trex floors, welded and reinstalled original iron railing. This particular project required strategic planning, given that the original deck supported a large glass atrium measuring 10’ x 20.’ Built a support underneath the deck to remove the deck joists individually to ensure proper support of the atrium for the duration of the project (Oakland, CA).• 2018 - Functioned as job foreman on a complete home remodel, including 2 kitchens (upper and lower), 3 bathrooms, installed interior molding, doors and flooring, removal and installation of exterior siding and windows, built new 3-story deck. Met with inspectors, made appropriate changes to ensure that the projects would pass inspections (Oakland, CA). • 2017 – Removed existing concrete driveway on a slope with concrete retaining wall, and replaced with new steel rebar and concrete retaining wall which included a new concrete double-car driveway with dual driveway approaches, sidewalks, retaining wall and retrofit (Oakland, CA).• 2010 – 2015 – Worked on residential remodels and new home construction, which involved building layout, foundations, framing, siding, interior trim and finish, installation of appliances. Provided oversight of plumbing, electrical and HVAC subcontractors (Berkeley, Richmond, Oakland, CA).• 2005 – 2010 – Worked on office remodels which involved demolition and rebuilding of walls, office layout, door installation, interior painting, installation of custom cabinets and shelves (Emeryville, CA).
