As part of the AWS Energy Transition team I work across the power & utility space and also lead our Business Development activity for Energy Retail and Energy Services. Working across the retail value chain including customer acquisition, customer experience and engagement, products and propositions, flexibility, and the retail / wholesale interface, I work with customers to maximise the impact AWS, and Amazon, can deliver for their businesses and customers.I have significant management consultancy and start up experience including as a C-suite for a fast-growth, high revenue, technology enabled retail business (energy supply, EV, solar).I also have an ongoing and deep interest in people centred change and organisational development and the intersection between these and technology. I hold Chartered Membership of the CIPD, membership of the British Psychology Society and am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
