  Be responsible to focus on delivering the necessary standards, systems and controls of the Human Resources Department.• Assist the HR Manager in scheduling interview, screening resumes, conducting initial phone, reference checks and background screenings, coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates for The Gunawarman, Hotel Monopoli, Mawara Beach Club and Mari Beach Club that under the auspices of Syah.• Support maintaining HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality as well as organizing employee records and personnel files. Also maintaining in a clear manner filing process of necessary paperwork.• Handle HR supplies (request to Purchasing), purchase tickets for an employee business trip (such as AntaVaya, Traveloka, Tiket.com) and manage employee expense reimbursement.• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms such as lokerhotelier, LSPR Career, HotelVlog etc.• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, schedules, and orientation materials for the candidates that comes to the HQ or Outlet.
