I am an Appeals Officer with the IRS Independent Office of Appeals.

I have transitioned to the adjunct faculty after serving on the full-time faculty for nearly 20 years. I have taught courses in taxation (individual income tax, taxation of business entities, and tax planning); wills, trusts, and estate planning; business organizations and advanced corporate transactions; and bar exam preparation. I was the Associate Dean of the Tampa Bay campus from 2019 to 2020.

I worked as a tax attorney with the Large, Business, & International (LBI) division of the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.

I taught the Florida Business Entities lectures for Kaplan's Florida Bar Review program.

I assisted Quimbee with the preparation of its Wills, Estates, and Trusts materials for its Florida bar exam course.

Consulted with UHY Advisors on domestic and international tax issues, including tax treaties, foreign tax incentives, taxation of US expatriates, transfer pricing, domestic international sales corporations (DISCs), controlled foreign corporations (CFCs), passive foreign investment companies (PFICs), and Reports of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBARs).
