I assess situations clearly and make connections between disparate snippets of information in order to come up with a solution and plan that is adaptable and beneficial to all. I then communicate that plan clearly to ensure the team is educated and invested in its implementation. Prior to working in health care and emergency medicine, I enjoyed the responsibilities of Production Manager for an international mid-sized textiles corporation focused on custom designed covers and carrying cases. Our customer base ranged from single shop point of sale to multinational corporations and governments. This enabled me to hone my business acumen by supervising a diverse group of over 200 employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar business while creating a strong network of outside contacts that allowed that business to flourish.I enjoy relaxing with my family, traveling, water activities, and learning.
