2016 - Since the company did not meet 2015's objectives, our first mission was to shut down projects that had bad results. This included shutting down operations in Peru and Central America. We focused on maximizing our operation in Chile.2017 - We expanded our market share from Department Stores only into Supermarkets, Mid Tier Department Stores, Regional Chains and small specialty apparel stores, strengthening our position as the biggest apparel licensee in Chile and growing 10% in sales. The company also managed to reduce its expenses by 10% compared to last year. In October we opened our Online branch generating B2C sales, an important strategic achievement.2018 - We managed to maintain sales growth (5%) reaching over USD 7.6M, an all time record for the company.

Muchacha Producciones used, both for planning and executing, a Google Spreadsheet quotation template, that served as a contract agreement with their clients and also as a tracking tool for each project. Google Suite allowed them to share the information easily within the company as well as keeping everything in the cloud.I took that same template and modified it in order to build a system to centralize all projects under one dashboard. The system kept track of each project, its execution status,profits and margins, as well as forecasting the company monthly P&L.By using mainly Google Apps Scripts, I managed to give the company the solution they needed, without the need to migrate to a new software or adding additional costs.

I was in charge of developing all software for the first working prototype for CloudPonics, anautomated hydroponic indoor growing system with nutrient dosing, climate control and remote monitoring. I programmed an Arduino controller for the prototype with multiple sensors and relays, a Node.js Back End and a HTML Front End, allowing the user to remotely monitor the system as well as tune and control the variables.

After finishing the main part of the negotiations and selling execution for the deal between Dijon and ABCDin, I took part of the Induropa team as CEO, assuming a leading role at the wholesale company of the holding. My job was to adapt the company in order to work better in the new holding circumstances. I conducted a company reorganisation and recruited a new managerial team to run the company.

As Assistant Vice President I assisted the Owner of Dijon during the negotiation with AD Retail, who bought the company during March 2013. I participated in designing the negotiating strategy, I was in charge of the Due Diligence from the vendor side and oversaw the Financial Statements during the negotiation.
