The job required the extensive use of Excel to sort and lookup entire databases. The accounts department also utilised a propitiatory program to scan through customer information in order to process applications.

One of my defining moments during my National Service, I signed up to be a Pilot in the Republic of Singapore Air Force. Even though many people did not believe that I could make it through the selection, I persevered and proved my worth. I was selected to be part of a handful of Pilot Trainees and was sent to Tamworth, Australia for the Air Grading.
