- Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like- Collaborating with the creative team to develop ideas for new products based on research data but has to work as independent designer- Create Mood boards and planning product development- Designing sketches and technical drawing for new products- Creating tech packs with detailed specifications- Making sample form as communicating to Production Team- Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, feature for each design- Overseeing the production of designs and prototype sample process, including carrying out fittings and Quality control- Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers and models

- Prepare course materials and provide handouts to all participants / students- Give instruction and demonstration the course from basic (tool's intoduction, basic stitch, basic subject, etc)- Teaching skills to improve the students peformance- Communicate information with clarity, enthusiasm, and patience- Ensure safe and appropiate use of all equipment.
