Product Manager
Current- Product Manager for the Customer Account Management (CAM), Loyalty, PLCC, Narvar Implementationand Transactional Email scrum teams
- Develop the backlog for all customer account and email enhancements, utilizing customer data to pinpoint potential pain points while working with development teams to determine technical solutions
- Lead weekly product touch bases to communicate status and blockers for all key in-flight initiatives
- Work with our package tracking vendor, Narvar, to enhance the customer visibility into their shipment status
