Engineering Supervisor
CurrentDirect manager of engineering team members and subcontractors including, but not limited to, onboarding, training, discipline actions, terminations, payroll, performance management, etc. Provides entry level leadership to make business decisions, gain a people following, drive company culture, hold teams accountable, and manage the outcome of results of various engineering projects Supports leadership team by providing training and enforcing operation standards for all team members/subs to drive and ensure adherence to optional standards a Support the implementation and maintenance of internal playbooks, manuals, process improvements, training materials, and system documentation Facilitates and leads various customer calls; has a high level of professionalism to communicate with customers and provide project updates Has full understanding of engineering operational processes for the division they lead Oversees the project plans, schedules, objectives, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of the companies mission, values and policies Adhere to and uphold ADB's safety culture, lead by example and develop the expected safety culture within the engineering team Ability to maintain and provide required project status reports to upper management Communicates regularly with support staff including, but not limited to, Human Resource, Recruiting, Fleet, Accounting, etc.
