During grade 11 of school I founded a tutoring business helping students who were struggling with Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Business, Japanese and English Literature. I believe I can put my skills to use to share what I have learnt and help explain it to others. I offer this service both in person and online and it has helped me develop my communication skills, finding efficient and effective ways to explain often complicated concepts.

Here I worked as a junior trades assistant, helping with a wide variety of tasks and learning on the job. I held the job over the Christmas holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working in a fast-paced team environment. I got to learn new skills and meet new people while also gaining real-world work experience in the trade/engineering industry.

I worked as a kitchen hand at La Porchetta in St Lucia, having the privilege to work alongside skilled chefs and learn many new things along the way. My job varied from serving, cooking, cleaning and organising stock. I valued being able to learn from others while also strengthening my ability to adapt to a intense, busy workplace which I have been able to transfer to other aspects of my approach to work.
