Shawn Crane and Chris Vetter created Transcend because they saw first-hand the significant gaps, weaknesses, and inadequacies, in terms of competence, professionalism, efficiency, and commitment within the security industry. Because of these shortfalls, and their desire to change the industry, Transcend was created.
