Beginning as a Junior Loan Consultant my initial tasks were to learn the entire mortgage loan process beginning with Prospecting potential leads and acquiring necessary information to Pre-Qualify clients and assemble a 10-03 application for Purchase Loans and Cash-Out Refinances.I passed a 20 hour SAFE Course and spent many hours preparing for and passing the NMLS (Nationwide Multi-State Licensing System) Exam to become a fully licensed Loan Officer in Washington State, Colorado, California, Arizona, New Mexico and Minnesota.I was promoted to Senior Loan Officer and was able to help clients throughout their entire loan process.
