My name is Dylan Cadwallader a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Food Science in May 2015.. I have broad knowledge in all safety, health and environmental requirements that my degree has prepared me for including theoretical uses of machinery and equipment processes, operational standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as well as a HACCP certification from the HACCP Alliance as of May/June 2015. I will also be strong asset in the technical side of data management from my experience at past (Lab Assistant/Worker) as well an extensive knowledge of computers from experience in building and repairing them in my spare time. I am most interested in a technical position involving troubleshooting and critical thinking skills on the plant floor or in a laboratory.
