As a summer intern at STAG Industrial, I split my time working with both the asset management department and the acquisitions department. Through my work in asset management, I assisted asset managers in overseeing industrial properties and portfolios. Responsibilities included creating pricing summaries, modeling tenant scenarios, and working to renew leases. In acquisitions, I worked alongside the acquisition analysts in modeling and putting a valuation on buildings or portfolios that the company was looking to acquire. I also was responsible for assembling transaction summaries and investment committee memos. Other secondary responsibilities included work with the industrial markets group and data analysis team.

As an asset management intern, I worked closely with property managers and other operation management team members in managing industrial portfolios. My role included handling tenant's leases, taxes, insurance, and day to day operations. I also handled vendors and managed their invoices. Responsibilities outside of asset management included work in due diligence and acquisitions.

Head coach of a travel baseball team in Deerfield,IL. Responsibilities include scheduling and running practices, managing baseball games in their entirety, communicating with parents, teaching rules and skills of baseball, and helping kids develop teamwork and character attributes.
