1) S&OP and Demand Planning- Act as the supply chain interface to commercial team. Drive Integrated and standard S&OP monthly process for the category; Create and maintain high quality demand plans via ERP/SAP system and accurate analysis.2) Initiative Planning- Lead new initiative product launch operations including HP license registration tracking, demand forecasting, pipe inventory readiness, logistics coordination, etc. 3) Cost Management– Manage logistics expense. Drive loss analysis and execute cost saving projects. 4) Logistics Operation supervision - Manage Cosmetics and Fragrance product physical distribution in China via 3PL’s, across Importation/ Customs clearance, Artwork/ Chinese label, Warehousing and Transportation; 5) Supply Issue Handling- In case of supply chain exceptions, work with all related supply chain functions (Global plant/DC, regional supply, local functions) to identify/execute possible solutions.6) Department Store supply chain- Mange Department Store product flow, both physical and information; improve Inventory record accuracy and reduce shelf OOS. 7) Customer collaboration Service- Drive customer service & satisfaction, anticipate customer requirements and maintain good relationships across channels of KA, Wholesaler and Distributors;8) Inventory management - inventory strategy decision and daily control; Drive actions to reduce Non-performing inventory and scrapping costs; 9) Projects- Supply chain projects during Anna Sui brand divestiture, Sales model change, etc. 10) KPI’s- Deliver scorecard: Order Fill Rate, On-time Delivery, Inventory/Excess, logistics Costs.
