• NDT trainee in Ultrasonics• Rope Access Level 2• Intensive experience in fabrication and mainly in the piping, Vessels, Structural Steel etc. • Knowledge and experience in all QC related activities in Piping, welding, related Piping fabrication, Equipment, Tanks, Painting, Fireproofing & Insulation, Verification of Piping and Test packages. • Read and interpret the various drawings used in the projects for executing the work. • Knowledge in preparation of test package and inspection test plan and QC procedures. • To perform NDT as per job requirement as per request received from QC Inspectors. • To prepare NDT reports and certify the results. • To demonstrate each NDT techniques to QC Engineers and Authorized Inspectors prior to perform on the job. • To prepare reports for the demonstration of Techniques. • To maintain the NDT equipment and instruments in good condition. • To estimate the NDT consumables required for the type of work and to prepare request to purchase the consumables. • To perform periodic verification of the calibration as per Code requirements. • To coordinate with NDT subcontractor for other NDT requirements. • Performs Nondestructive testing techniques and methods in accordance with the clients’ needs depending on the type of inspection required. • Responsible for executing the tests using the procedures and methods to determine maximum quality of the product. • Responsible for inspecting duties, organizes and generates reports pertaining to inspection and evaluation. • Expected to prepare reports on all testing and evaluations done. • Responsible for ensuring that the equipments used for testing are all functioning to its maximum and according to safety regulations. • Responsible for inspecting rope access equipment• Responsible for prioritizing job orders in terms of its cost and effectiveness. • Familiar with inspection techniques. • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or required.

Installs various antenna and transmission lines along with ancillary equipment on communication structures.Ensures proper inspection and use of personal safety equipment.Ensures that all company equipment is well maintained and in safe operating condition.Identifies and selects cables, ropes, blocks and tackle by weight and size of load to be moved.Conducts inventory inspections and sorts received materials on site.Installs various antenna mounts.Performs plumb and tension guyed structures.Installs various antenna and transmission line systems on towers, roof tops and other structures which include the following activities:Assembling and installation of various types of antennasRunning all transmission lines up the towerInstalling connectors on transmission lines along with hoisting grips, hangers and ground kitsAdjusting antennas on tower with the correct azimuth and tiltsPerforming microwave antenna alignmentInstalls various ancillary items including:Wave-guide bridge for transmission linesIce guards on tower to protect dishesAnti-climbs and fall arrest systemsLighting systemsGrounding systemsGives direction to Crane Operators engaged in hoisting and moving loads, to ensure the safety of others and material handled.
